Two Bartender contests (for the price of none!)

1) The Tommy Bahama Mixologist Contest

Drift Magazine and Mardi Gras Sports Bar are proud to present “The Tommy Bahama Mixologist Contest” on February 24th at Mardi Gras Sports Bar.

The competition will start at 9 p.m. and feature one bartender from several local establishments. The contestants will wear a shirt from their establishment. They will submit their drink to a panel of judges, who will select the winner and the four runner-ups based on three categories:
(1) Presentation of the drink
(2) Originality of the drink
(3) Taste of the drink

All competitors must use either Tommy Bahama Light or Dark Rum combined with any other ingredients they prefer to use. All five bartenders who place will receive high-quality prizes from Tommy Bahama. The winner and their drink recipe will also be pictured in Drift Magazine.

The entry fee for each bartender in the competition is $25 and the entire entry fee will be donated to The St. Augustine Humane Society to help their efforts to rebuild and reopen. If you would like to participate in this charity benefit, please contact Pat Paolini @ 823-8806 for more information.
