For hipsters of a certain age, Seu Jorge is immediately recognizable as Pele dos Santos, the guitar-strumming Brazilian mystery man from Wes Anderson’s 2004 cult classic “The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou.” Jorge turned up at odd intervals throughout the film, reworking David Bowie classics like “Starman” and “Life On Mars?” into his native Portuguese.
